Itinerary description

A 5-day trip through the "Groene Hart", a rural area located in the center of the Netherlands, full of fabulous landscapes with canals, farms and nature, amazing towns such as Gouda and Woerden, and the wonderful Nieuwkoopse Plassen natural monument. About 70 km with 10 kg luggage (tent included) traveling with a Fanatic Ray Air Premium 12' 6" paddle board.

Waypoints

Start: Gouda

First Night: Hollandse Boerderij Campsite in Meije.

Second Night: Koole Campsite in Norden.

Third Night: Batenstein Campsite in Woerden.

Fourth Night: De Boogaard Campsite close to Oudenwater.

Lock - It is allowed to go through the lock with a paddle board!

Hoi Stefan! Thanks for sharing this route. Is it possible to do it in 2 days / 1 night? In a more sportive than touristic way of course. Bedankt!

Hi! I think you can do it in 2 days (about 35 km each day). The problem is to find accomodation halfway. You can do from Gouda to Norden the 1st day (about 30 km) and from Norden to Gouda the 2nd day (about 40 km).
