Itinerary description

There are two loop trails in the woods behind Greater Plains Elementary school in Oneonta. This is the shorter lower loop, 0.8 miles long. The upper trail, officially called the XXX, makes a similar loop further up the hill.

This unnamed creek flows beside the trail and along the edge of the schoolyard, past the school, Chestnut St and Rte 205 and eventually into Otego creek.
