Itinerary description

Radlett Radlett - Letchmore Heath - Aldenham Loop v1

From Radlett Station, go East along Shenley hill then Shenley Road the road towards Shenley (road has pavement). Take footpath then Southeast then East on Aldenham Footpath 55 and Shenley Footpath 9, passing Woodhall Farm. to join the Hertfordshire Way.

Follow Hertfordshire Way as far as the bridge under the railway. The next section of Hertfordshire Way along Tykeswater Lane may be very muddy but this can be bypassed by taking Aldenham Footpath 18 as shown. Rejoin the Hertfordshire Way and continue to Letchmore Heath. The pub here was closed in Feb 2022 but there is another pub at Round Bush.

Continue on footpaths passing Edgegrove School, Blackbirds Farm and Oakridge Lane back to Radlett
