Itinerary description

An amazing view of the valley, petrified redwoods, and surrounding countryside! The hike itself consists of the Petrified Forest Loop leading into the Ponderosa Loop. Although the total length is only ~1.5 miles, allow at least an hour to comfortably take everything in, ponder the redwoods, and enjoy the view.
