Next one is at Porta Venezia (Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli), after which you can run down some interesting little streets with interesting buildings like Palazzo Fidia (Via Melegari 2).
Third park is at Largo dei Marinai d'Italia, also known as Parco Vittorio Formentano. Fourth one is Parco Ravizza. From here you go past the back of the Università Bocconi and, just before the next park, Parco della Resistenza, go along Via Giuseppe Caimi to look at some very un-Milanese houses. Most memorable thing about Parco della Resistenza is a particularly ugly pigeon house.
A little further on, you run up a short stretch of one of the canals, Naviglio Pavese, as far as the Darsena waterfront, the old city port where the canals meet. Pass this and head straight on towards number six, Parco Solari. Time it right (check first and take your swimming gear) and you could stop at the indoor pool there.
On the way to park number seven, the biggest, Parco Sempione, you go past the San Vittore prison. After this the route takes you through Milan's Chinatown around Via Paolo Sarpi and back to the starting point.
Best time, as usual, if you don't want too much traffic to worry about, is early morning.
