Long and beautiful hike through the glens which surround the Nevis Range, with the summits of Ben Nevis and Aonach Beag as the landmark when looking back and in the last section of the route. I wouldn't recommend this hike in winter, since the path becomes faint very often and the boggy obstacles come up one after another in most of the track. Yet in summer and last spring the main challenge is only the length, although very enjoyable if one loves the solitude in the wild and remote places. Some bothies all along the track are visible and useful as night refugees. Plenty of mountains, summits and peaks, some stunning, some less impresive, are the continuous scenery, as well as rivers and streams which sometimes give way to very refreshing pools (proven). A hike full of surprises.
